Tyleah is a Colorado native and ever since she was a little girl has always held a passion for animal health and care. She is a graduate from the Pima Medical Institute Technician course, and has an interest in dental prophylaxis and emergency care. She enjoys reading and painting in her spare time.
Courtney just finished her final year of school to complete her Veterinary Technician certification. She is a Colorado native, having grown up in Windsor. She is happily married to her husband Sam, and has two children Gavin and Audrey, and two dogs Lucy and Roxy. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time in the beautiful Rocky Mountains or reading a good book. She has dreamed of working in veterinary medicine since she was a little girl and is excited to join the Meadows team!
Ellen is originally from San Diego, California and recently moved to Colorado to pursue her dream of attending Veterinary School. She will be starting her third year of vet school at Colorado State University in the fall and will be graduating in 2019. She has been working in the veterinary and animal welfare fields since 2010 and has a particular interest in shelter medicine and animal behavior. In her free time, Ellen enjoys hiking and taking in all the beautiful scenery that Colorado has to offer. One of her favorite things to do is cuddle up on the couch with her beagle mix, Rosie, and watch a good movie.
Felicia is a Colorado native and recently graduated from Front Range Community College with her Associate’s in Veterinary Technology. She has always loved animals and is very excited to be starting her career as a veterinary technician. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, golfing, and spending time outside taking in the beautiful scenery Colorado offers. She also loves playing with her Chihuahua Dixie.
Aleisha was raised on farms and ranches on the western slope attributing to her love for animals. Since a young age, Aleisha knew she wanted to work with animals; she has worked in the animal care field since the age of 12. Aleisha is a graduate of the Karen Prior Academy for Animal Training and Behavior and is a Fear Free Certified Professional. She currently runs her own farm raising Australian Shepherds with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and family time.
Kelsey – Veterinary Nurse
Kelsey is a Colorado native and grew up on a ranch in Southern Colorado raising cattle. She has been interested in becoming a veterinarian since she was a little girl. She has been working and volunteering in the animal care field since 2009. Kelsey's goal is to start veterinary school at Colorado State University to pursue her dream of becoming a large animal veterinarian. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys being outdoors, camping with her dogs, and travelling whenever she has the chance.
Jenna grew up in Southern California and moved to Colorado in 2013 to attend Colorado State University. After graduation from CSU, Jenna began working at a veterinary hospital in Texas and she is now excited to be back in Colorado to continue her learning experience at The Meadows Veterinary Center. Jenna has loved animals since she was a little girl, and currently her chocolate lab, Grizzly, and rescue kitty, Ollie, steal her spare time.
Bess moved to beautiful Colorado when she was in the fourth grade. She has had a passion for animals since she was a little girl and realized her goal of working with animals when she took her first job working in an animal shelter. She has been working in animal care ever since. In Bess' free time, she loves to go hiking and camping with her husband James and their two dogs, Colt and Winchester.
Melanie grew up surrounded by animals. A Southern Oregon native she is new to Colorado and enjoying the many outdoor activities that there are in the area. With an educational background in business she looks forward to developing her career around animals. Melanie currently lives in Fort Collins with her family of three dogs - Geb, Millie, and Major.
