Tyleah – Certified Veterinary Technician
Tyleah is a Colorado native and ever since she was a little girl has always held a passion for animal health and care. She is a graduate from the Pima Medical Institute Technician course, and has an interest in dental prophylaxis and emergency care. She enjoys reading and painting in her spare time.
Courtney – Certified Veterinary Technician
Courtney just finished her final year of school to complete her Veterinary Technician certification. She is a Colorado native, having grown up in Windsor. She is happily married to her husband Sam, and has two children Gavin and Audrey, and two dogs Lucy and Roxy. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time in the beautiful Rocky Mountains or reading a good book. She has dreamed of working in veterinary medicine since she was a little girl and is excited to join the Meadows team!
Ellen – Veterinary Nurse
Ellen is originally from San Diego, California and recently moved to Colorado to pursue her dream of attending Veterinary School. She will be starting her third year of vet school at Colorado State University in the fall and will be graduating in 2019. She has been working in the veterinary and animal welfare fields since 2010 and has a particular interest in shelter medicine and animal behavior. In her free time, Ellen enjoys hiking and taking in all the beautiful scenery that Colorado has to offer. One of her favorite things to do is cuddle up on the couch with her beagle mix, Rosie, and watch a good movie.
Katrina – Veterinary Nurse
Katrina moved to Colorado from Northern California in 2013 to attend Colorado State University. She has been working and volunteering in the animal industry for over 10 years. Katrina is excited to be working at The Meadows Veterinary Center and continuing her education in the veterinary medicine field. When not working she spends time with her 2 dogs, going on hikes, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors.
Mandy – Veterinary Nurse
Mandy is a Colorado native who recently graduated from Colorado State University. She has always had a passion for working with both large and small animals and is looking forward to starting her professional career at The Meadows Veterinary Center. In her spare time, Mandy really enjoys riding horses, snowboarding, and traveling with her husband. She also loves spending time playing with her chocolate lab, Remi.
Kelsey – Veterinary Nurse
Kelsey is a Colorado native and grew up on a ranch in Southern Colorado raising cattle. She has been interested in becoming a veterinarian since she was a little girl. She has been working and volunteering in the animal care field since 2009. Kelsey’s goal is to start veterinary school at Colorado State University to pursue her dream of becoming a large animal veterinarian. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys being outdoors, camping with her dogs, and traveling whenever she has the chance.
Jenna – Veterinary Nurse
Jenna grew up in Southern California and moved to Colorado in 2013 to attend Colorado State University. After graduation from CSU, Jenna began working at a veterinary hospital in Texas and she is now excited to be back in Colorado to continue her learning experience at The Meadows Veterinary Center. Jenna has loved animals since she was a little girl, and currently her chocolate lab, Grizzly, and rescue kitty, Ollie, steal her spare time.
Skyla – Client Care Representative
Skyla is originally from northern New Hampshire and moved to Colorado in 2016 after graduating college. She has always been passionate about animals and is excited at the opportunity to start her veterinary experience at The Meadows. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping any chance she gets. Skyla currently lives with her tortoise, Percy, and is looking forward to bringing more pets into her little family soon.
Melanie – Office Manager
Melanie grew up surrounded by animals. A Southern Oregon native she is new to Colorado and enjoying the many outdoor activities that there are in the area. With an educational background in business she looks forward to developing her career around animals. Melanie currently lives in Fort Collins with her family of three dogs – Geb, Millie, and Major.
